Another year, another Infernal Symphony album!!

Yes, welcome all to the album which sets the tone for the rest of the year, and what a time it is. Dipping our toes back into the festering waters of dungeon synth, Infernal Symphony delight and ring in the new year with a mighty concoction titled 'Sinew Of Sorrow'.

This album is the culmination of over 3 years of experience writing in this style and genre of music. Taking over the reigns from last year's acclaimed 'Zealots Of The Nether Pt. III - Skies Of Demise', 'Sinew Of Sorrow' aims to iterate and evolve on the sounds and musical concepts of prior dungeon synth albums in our catalogue.

13 warped and varied tomes greet you here, with our typical Infernal Flair and penchant for unusually catchy yet confusing passages of dank and dingey synth.

This album was inspired by a multitude of factors, including the smouldering, dying embers of the coronavirus pandemic (the shadow of which will cast over us long after it is over), religious ignorance and prejudice, broken promises, fantasy literature and, last but not least, the introspection and self-reflection that the dawn of a new 12 months round the sun is surely always to bring.

Tracks such as 'Spirit Fire', 'The Vagabond Train', 'Snake In The Grass' and the title piece showcase the unusual take on the genre we possess, and demonstrate a marked improvement over albums past in order to set up for what else that is sure to follow further this year...

So strap in, banish your angels, embrace your inner demons... And allow 'Sinew Of Sorrow' to overtake your world in what is simultaneously a mellow and extremely emotionally draining listen. Ave Satanas!!
