Lo and behold, Infernal Hordes!! Ho ho hold your horses!!

Yes! An unexpected Yuletide gift is upon you this night, as Infernal Symphony suprise release a brand-new EP purely for your entertainment!! 'Saturnalia', the new release fusing together elements of dark ambient, dungeon synth, atmospheric noise and progressive rock materialises to celebrate the eponymous ancient Roman holiday!

For many years now, Demonic Bishop has celebrated what is traditionally known as 'Christmas'. However, this name is certainly not fitting for the wild, rabidly creative tracks on display in this festive collection. A spiritual successor to 2019's 'Yule Be Sorry EP', this yuletide spread of 7 delectable songs embraces the cold, Diabolical spirit of madness in lurid fashion, taking on new shapes and sounds as a result of the band's most recent endeavors.

With the entire album recorded in a mere day, 'Saturnalia' poses a risky proposal, and stands upon the precipice between genius and insanity.

Each track was made entirely impulsively, in order to test my own personal and creative limits and see what is possible under such tight constraints. Each deluge of sounds and moods invites you to experience the furious legends of Krampus, Joulupukki, and more - Evil counterparts to the traditional Santa Claus, in much the same way that Satan is widely accepted as the adversary of God. After all, Santa is really just a misspelling of Satan anyway!

The cover art depicts the decaying corpse of the fat man himself, hanging from a pine tree during the Fabled celebratory winter feast. Celebrate the winter solstice and Yule by indulging your richest pleasures, throwing caution to the wind and losing all inhibitions as Infernal Symphony greet you with our most chaotic and unpredictable release yet!!
